At Amar Haircare, every bottle is crafted with care and intention. We take the same approach when preparing and shipping your order.

Shipping

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Method
We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days after shipment. While we aim for timely delivery, carrier delays may occur and are outside of our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Amar Haircare is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will review the situation and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Amar Haircare is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
